Posto magnifico e paradisiaco, personale ottimo e sempre molto disponibile, piscina fantastica immersa nella natura e appartamenti tipici toscani. vacanza passata in pieno relax ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura , tra la pace delle colline Toscane, con appartamenti tipici dotati di qualsiasi confort. Piscina rilassante, Daniela e lo staff sono gentilissimi e disponibili, grazie per i bellissimi giorni passati

“Il Lebbio” is very quiet and secluded. The beautiful Tuscan-style stone houses stand under old trees. We had the “Pyrus” residential unit on the first floor of the main building. In front of the entrance there is a terrace with a large table and a charcoal grill. The apartment is large and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment has no air conditioning, the only cooling option is a cheap, rickety pedestal fan in the kitchen. Since it is on the first floor, it heats up a lot during the day. According to the landlord, the water should not be used for making coffee, etc. because it contains too much lime. So you have to go again to buy water. It's best to bring trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher tabs with you, because the landlord only provided one dishwasher tab for the whole week and only one set of trash bags and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. It also lacks salt and sugar, which are usually found in vacation rentals. Overall, this gives the impression that the landlord is very thrifty and even saves on such penny items. The refrigerator is also damaged. The ice compartment handle and the door compartment for large bottles are missing. The bathrooms desperately need renovation. The shower cubicles are old, calcified, corroded and were sealed in an amateurish manner with thick silicone sausages (see photos). The chrome plating is already coming off the fittings. The water pressure is very changeable. One of the toilet bowls broke and was temporarily repaired. The water has left brown corrosion streaks in the bowl (see photo). Only a trickle comes out of both bidets in our apartment. rest and relaxation Due to the way the accommodation was presented on the internet, we expected that we would be able to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday there. Unfortunately, this impression is completely wrong. On the first two days, tree work with a chainsaw and cleaning work with a leaf blower took place in front of the house before 8 a.m. In addition, our neighbors below and next door were out and about with several small children (2 babies and 4 children between 2 and 6 years old), and sent their children out of the apartment early in the morning at 8 a.m., probably so that they could still have some peace and quiet inside. We weren't able to sleep past 8 a.m. on any single day, and even during the day it's difficult to take an afternoon nap or relax by the pool. But if you have children of your own and love a campsite atmosphere and lively noise, this is the right place for you. Facility and pool The gardens and houses are really beautiful and well maintained. There is nothing wrong here. The pool is also beautifully designed. Unfortunately, the renovation backlog is evident again here. The photos on the booking page are obviously many years old. For example, the wooden styles of the poolside parasols are now all completely warped from years of use. Almost all of the ceramic tiles in the pool above the water level have chipped off the glaze and some of the grout has broken away, allowing water to get behind the tiles. Conclusion We wanted to have a quiet and relaxing vacation as a couple in a beautiful, romantic hideaway. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible here, as both the landlord and the other guests cause a disturbing noise early in the morning. The facility has the potential to be something special, but for that to happen it would need to be thoroughly renovated. Air conditioning would also be highly recommended, at least for the “Pyrus” apartment, or at least nice ceiling fans. I tried to write the review objectively and constructively and also emphasize the positive sides, but for 1300 euros for a week for two in the off-season we expected much more.
