This evening it was a shame! The service was very uninterested; for example;
- not asking: do you want something to drink,
- they took no interest in how we experienced our food,
- no recommendation of any wine with the courses.
- just throwing the plate on the table and turning their head away,
- no olive oil or balsamic to go with the bread,
- serving the starter and the main course right on top of each other and more like that,
- so shocking service,
- and the food wasn't anything special.
On this we had a conversation with the owner and that to was a big dissapointment; what a lack of leadership! Even if it was a one time mistake of the restaurant, the owner should have been more forthcoming. No we were treated like we were crazy....
We were looking foward to our evening in Il Goccino very much and that's why we are very dissapointed. No restaurant experience should be like this, especially a restaurant wich used to be so very good.
