The saleswomen are wonderful, helpful, and empathetic individuals. We came across them quite by accident. Due to an unintended coincidence, traveling on the 'wrong' bus from the old town to the airport, we got off opposite Gelateria Il Dolce Freddo. Passing through and unfamiliar with the city's layout—less than 2 hours before our flight—I turned to the ladies in the Gelateria for help as a locals. The very kind ladies quickly arranged a taxi for us. Thanks only to them did we make it in time for our return flight home. We are extremely grateful to them and highly recommend this establishment. While waiting for a taxi, I observed considerable customer traffic, clearly indicating the popularity of this establishment among the local community, which speaks best in favor of this place.
