It wasn't busy & the service wasn't motivated. Salad dressing is store-bought & the pizza wasn't great either. Wines served by the glass at fair prices Ambience is nice & pleasant Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Unfortunately, I cannot share any positive experiences with the Il Centro restaurant. On March 17th, 2024 I made a request using the contact form on their website. After receiving no response, I sent an email on March 20th to reiterate my request. Nevertheless, I have not received a response to date (spam folder was checked regularly). So the poor service starts before you even try the food. It's disappointing that the restaurant doesn't even respond to requests. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Il Centro. But we waited an hour for the salad and another hour for the main course. During this time we were not asked if we would like to drink again or anything like that. We then asked ourselves. We also weren't informed that it would take so long (we also received the information when we asked, it's coming soon). The pizzas had no taste, were rather small and could have been left open for 2-3 minutes longer. The large starter platter (for 25.-!) consisted of 5 slices of spicy salami, a few slices of ham, 6 balls of cheap mozzarella and about 5 pieces of gorgonzola. There were also 3 small pieces of raw pepperoni without spices and 2 slices of briefly cooked zucchini (without spices etc. Completely unreasonable for the price.
