We had a wonderful experience at Il Castellaro Country House. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. We stayed in Borgo Paolo. Everyone had a comfortable bed and we had a nice common area with a kitchen and small family room. We took advantage of the restaurant on property twice and both times the meals were delicious and the service was great! What really sets this place apart is the staff and family. Paolo and Itza were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed meeting them. We saw on the website that they offer a ring making class and we thought that would be a fun family activity after spending days exploring Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio. The class was very educational, Paolo is a great teacher, very patient and we each walked away with a one of a kind ring that was a momento from our family trip we could not get anywhere else! We loved our time here and highly recommend it to others! Service: 5
