Sono entusiasta di condividere la mia esperienza positiva al ristorante "Il Casale" situato nella pittoresca regione del Molise. Da quando ho varcato la soglia di questo accogliente locale, mi sono sentita avvolta da un'atmosfera calorosa e invitante. Una delle prime cose che mi hanno colpito è stata l'attenzione al dettaglio nell'arredamento, che trasmette un'eleganza rustica e autentica. Il personale, gentile e preparato, mi ha accolto con un sorriso sincero e mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Passando alla parte più gustosa dell'esperienza, devo dire che i piatti serviti al ristorante "Il Casale" sono veri capolavori culinari. Gli ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità si sposano armoniosamente per creare delle vere e proprie esplosioni di sapore in ogni boccone. Consiglio vivamente di assaggiare le specialità della casa, che rappresentano al meglio la tradizione gastronomica locale. Inoltre, la carta dei vini offre un'ampia selezione di etichette. Infine, non posso non menzionare la dolce conclusione di questa esperienza: i dessert offerti dal ristorante sono autentici capolavori di pasticceria, capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. In definitiva, il ristorante "Il Casale" in Molise ha saputo conquistare il mio cuore grazie all'ottima cucina, all'atmosfera accogliente e al servizio impeccabile. During a trip to the village of Aielli, (known for the murals and works created by some famous or less famous street artists), we decide to have lunch at the "Il Casale" restaurant. Located approximately 1.5 km from the center of Aielli. Surrounded by greenery, there is this ancient farmhouse. Easy to reach. It's impossible not to have it, because it's a very bright red colour. The facility is very large and well maintained. Large car park adjacent to the structure. An outdoor garden. It's clear that the owners care. It is also used as a room for various occasions such as weddings etc. At the entrance we are welcomed by one of the 3 owners (the restaurant is family-run and run by 3 brothers) who, with a big smile, makes us sit in one of the rooms. The rooms are well cared for, few objects cover the walls. Some are very old. but positioned in the right place. The second brother approaches the table and, after having ascertained the various allergies and intolerances, takes the orders, carefully describing the dishes to us. - Homemade appetizer (cheeses, cured meats and vegetables. All zero km). - The first: Trofie asparagus and lemon. The trofie are al dente, covered with fine asparagus and a cream probably made with an asparagus smoothie and a touch of lemon which creates a wonderful combination. Ravioli with walnut cream....... without words, to taste, savor, smell and enjoy. Even if someone says that "it's not polite".... to do the slipper, it is a must to clean up the dishes and finish the delicious cream that surrounds them. - Seconds: Local sausage with vegetable side dish. The meat, cooked just right, not too spicy, soft and really good. The vegetables tasted like freshly picked vegetables and not plastic or derivatives, as often happens when bought at the supermarket. - The wine A red. Collefrisio Cellars - Appassimento. Finally we stopped to have a chat with the owners. Lino, Enzo and Gianni, who told us about the passion that their father, who returned from Canada, had in opening this place about 40 years ago. Today they are the ones who carry on this tradition, with so much passion and dedication. The products are from local or zero km producers, and you can feel it. The farmhouse is not only a restaurant, but also a pizzeria and I hope to be able to return soon to try that too. Finally, one of them suggested some other hidden corners of Aielli to visit and admire. Then we discovered that one of them is the artist who created the work "the arch of books", at least that's what we wanted to call it. A staircase inside an arch, where the roof is covered with books, fixed to the ceiling with rivets for the installation of the plasterboard.
