Really disappointing experience. We arrive at the restaurant at 9.20pm, we ask the waitress if there was room for 4 people and she tells us that the first place would be free at 9.40pm; we decide to wait and have an aperitif at the tables outside. The waitress shows up again at 10.20pm reporting that "the situation had been resolved". We sit down and (I think) the manager arrives and begins with "we weren't prepared for your reservation but by now the colleague has made you sit down so now we have to satisfy you"; I repeat all this after 1 hour of waiting. The food was quite good but really small portions (the noodle is really 1 noodle). We paid around €240, an absolutely crazy price for the type of service and the food chosen (we come from Milan and are used to varied but quality restaurants). Needless to say, not even an aperitif was offered despite the hour-long wait which was initially reported to be 20 min. Coffee €3 and coke €6, madness for the type of restaurant. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
