I amended my review following a genuine and respectful response from Iisdörfli's team. Unfortunately when we had a group birthday reservation for the Eisstockschiessen, no one informed us that this was closed due to the weather in advance of our arrival. Luckily we did not have to travel far. The bar/restaurant was closed so we were not able to try it out. Although the theme is not meant to be Christmassy, I found the overall decoration (outdoors) to be slightly underwhelming. This however is a minor detail and I appreciate their effort in setting up this year. Service: 2

Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass ihr von uns nicht mehr kontaktiert wurden… Mit Eis zu arbeiten verlangt von uns einiges… Der Regen, dann Wind und auch der starke Schneefall vor rund 10 Tagen hat uns so gefordert, dass es bei euch nicht richtig in der Kommunikation gelaufen ist… Und gerne noch zum Thema weihnachtlich… wir sind s’Iisdörfli und nicht auf Weihnachten ausgerichtet… en iiszapfigä Gruess…
