We went to the restaurant, got "seated" and they never came back. We were the only ones there. Went back to our room for room service, they don't offer that. Went back down sat at the bar for take out. I got the spicy penne which tasted like hamburger helper without the spices and hamburger, my husband got a pizza. The crust was good on the pizza but that's about it. Terrible... Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pior hotel que já fiquei. Chegamos ontem e vamos ficar até domingo, nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim, muito menos em um ibis. Pra começar, chegamos e em nenhuma das 2 reservas o aquecedor estava funcionando, o quarto está um gelo, coisa de uns 10 graus. Reclamei na recepção, e eles falaram que iam mandar um técnico para ver, coisa que não fizeram nem hoje nem ontem. A noite, fomos experimentar o restaurante da janta, não conseguimos, porque os garçons estavam em 2 folgados que mandaram nós esperarmos na mesa e nunca foram lá atender-nos. Afinal, pessimo atendimento e serviço dos quartos, não recomendo nunca Meal type: Dinner
