Unbeatable view, delicious food, friendly service, irresistible gelati. What more can you ask for? This gem is a must visit on Lago Maggiore’s shore. The terrasse is right on the water, the view is just gorgeous. The menu is super fresh, it’s a great place to try the famous agnoletti del plin (meat stuffed pasta). The fresh tagliatelle with fresh vegetables and roasted duck breast dishes were perfect too. Don’t miss the desserts: the hazelnut semifreddo is worth the detour alone, and the gelati are also perfection. Perfect stop for lunch or dinner! We stayed in Ghiffa and were overjoyed to find this restaurant. The food is truly wonderful, the service is excellent and eating a wonderful meal while sat on the promenade next to the lake was incredible.
