Il personale è molto sveglio: è questo che rende Hungky così gradevole. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del simpatico servizio. Potresti essere sorpreso dai prezzi ragionevoli del ristorante Hungky. Hungky up until recently my favorite Chinese restaurant in Geneva up until recently when I received two order containing rice that were hard, dry and not similar to any of the countless orders I’ve placed with the restaurant. I reached out to the restaurant and subsequently received an e-mail informing me of the varied textures between Cantonese rice and plain rice. The e-mail included the option to request that more oil be used in its preparation in future orders. I found this response to be highly ignorant, dismissive and unhelpful since I have proof of the multitude of orders I’ve placed with the establishment filling confirming that I have been satisfied with the food in the past with the exception of the last two orders. For the establishment to insinuate that I the rice options included in the orders were fine and that I am unfamiliar with the respective textures is absolutely unacceptable. I have given the restaurant two opportunities to address this issue in hope of rectifying the situation and am yet to receive a response to my follow up emails. I will no longer be purchasing food from Hungky due to my disgust in the manner in which this extremely simple matter was handled. I will not allow your establishment to insult my intelligence. I know your standard and the last two orders were far from said standard. I also know what stale rice tastes like and I will go so far as to categorize the rice I’ve received on both occasions similar to the taste and texture of stale rice. Do better Hungky, I have spent hundreds of dollars at your establishment. Service: Take out Price per person: CHF 100+
