Good location, nice breakfast, comfortable beds... But that's all. Dirty windows, dirty walls, dirty stairs, spider webs, annoying loud music in the floor late in the evening. Not enough personal. Like the place doesn't have an owner. We arrived 7:30pm for 1 night. The kitchen closed right before us because the cook doesn't felt well... Service: 3

The location is super nice and quiet. One has the feeling that the Houston resort is in its infancy. Staff is very friendly and tried hard. Breakfast was good and sufficient. However, there was a little lack of organization (probably due to a lack of staff), because first the coffee came, then minutes later bread, a few more minutes later drinks, wait again until the cheese and sausage plate came and later finally the butter. By then the coffee had already been drunk, but luckily you could still order more The fried eggs were great The Houston resort has potential to make something of it. Personally, it didn't bother me that the bed linen and tablecloth weren't ironed, but that gave the impression that things weren't going so smoothly. Rooms were clean and the beds were fine.
