We are very sorry that you had a different impression when placing your order. It is important to us to always offer our guests the same quality and we will check internally if there were any discrepancies that day. 2. Delivery via Uber Eats: We would like to point out that Uber Eats is a third-party platform that is responsible for delivering orders. We have no influence on the drivers, delivery times or their working conditions. The significantly higher delivery costs also result from the fees and commissions charged by Uber Eats - 32% of the revenue goes directly to the platform. We understand that this is not ideal, but the switch to Uber Eats was necessary for logistical reasons. 3. Family business and employees: Our restaurant is a family business and we treat all employees like family. We attach great importance to a fair, harmonious working environment and are proud to be an employer where our team feels valued and comfortable. 4. Platform for reviews: We would like to note that this review appears on the Google platform, which primarily relates to the on-site restaurant experience. For reviews of deliveries via Uber Eats, there are special review options directly on the Uber Eats platform. This would be a more appropriate place to share your delivery experience.
