We wanted to spend a few days in winter in Valais at short notice and ended up in this magical world. The room is clean and surprisingly large. Large bathroom with large bathtub. It's very quiet here. Pure relaxation. Highly recommended, especially for families or couples. My little one frolicked outside in the snow for hours. A toboggan run for sledges and ski bikes starts right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is high quality. Excellent bread and the cheese is to die for. The restaurant offers a delicious menu with reasonable prices. Excellent wine list. In this place you can hide away and enjoy the seclusion in winter, as the pass road is closed. You can park your car free of charge in the valley and be picked up by the snow taxi. My daughter was beside herself with joy. The staff is very accommodating. Extra requests were happily fulfilled: we could heat the milk for the pint in the coffee machine at any time, and we received water, a bowl and a spoon for instant soup for free.
