We understand how important a smooth and comfortable check-in is, especially when travelling with family.After reviewing your reservation, we found that the booking was made for a standard double room for two adults. As no extra bed for a child was included in the reservation details, the room assigned at check-in corresponded to the room category booked.When you informed our reception team that you were travelling with an additional child, we immediately looked for alternative accommodation options despite the hotel being fully occupied at the time. To make your stay more comfortable, we arranged a larger room with an extra bed, although this room had not been scheduled for arrival on that day and therefore required additional preparation before it could be occupied.We regret the inconvenience caused by the waiting time and understand that this was frustrating after your journey. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided the extra bed without any additional charge.At Hotel Zdravilišče Laško, we always strive to find solutions for our guests and accommodate special circumstances whenever possible.
