Dear Paolo, Thank you very much for your nice and detailed review ! It is really a pleasure to read that you have enjoyed so much your stay with us. We are sorry to read about your deception about the fact that nobody at the reception spoke Italian. We have a few people speaking Italian but not all of them and they do not work 7/7. Being an international hotel, we have to represent as much language as possible. We would love to have all our staff speaking the 3 languages of the country but it is not possible unfortunately. With our best regards, The Management Team
