We had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Villa Garden. The hotel was nothing like what we expected based on the photos and descriptions. Our room was unfinished, with visible holes in the walls, and most concerningly, the air conditioning was completely non-functional during a very hot July night. Despite flagging this to the staff, no solution was offered, and no apology was given. The night was truly unbearable. The atmosphere is far from romantic, it felt more like a factory-style operation than a relaxing getaway. Thankfully, we cut our stay short to avoid spending another uncomfortable night. Even then, the hotel made no effort to acknowledge our experience or offer any goodwill gesture. Definitely not recommended for couples looking for a peaceful or special stay.

We usually thank all our guests for their valuable comments, but in this case it is clearly a fake review, with no photos and no basis in reality. There are no holes in the hotel room and the air conditioning has always worked perfectly. The hotel has been completely renovated and we take constant care of it with meticulous maintenance, as demonstrated by all the other reviews and photos available online. The truth is that you wanted revenge because we did not accept your request to leave the hotel a day early without paying. Your review is extremely unfair because we work hard to maintain a high level of hospitality and reputation, and we sincerely hope that it will be removed. Kindest regards.
