We only have German and Austrian employees at the reception, so surely you mean the service? Here we have both, the waiters and waitresses almost all speak German, but some also speak French, many speak Italian and really all of them speak English. There are a few who don't speak German, but they speak at least two other languages. In a hotel like the Victoria Lauberhorn we try to cover a total of 5 languages.
