Great hotel. Rooms were well appointed and staff super friendly. It’s across the road from the tram taking you up to the slopes, but the tram runs every 15 to 20 minutes so you need to plan ahead a bit. The rooms facing away from the street are likely to be quieter, as the train runs right opposite hotel, starts at 0515, and is noisy. Spa was lovely with great views and terrace; the pool and saunas are in the same area so there is a fair bit of noise in the saunas from children playing in the pool. Overall good experience. 4-night family stay with one child. A good hotel, well organized, well located (right next to the access to one of the ski areas), a beautiful view of the mountains/valleys, a pleasant indoor pool and a good and varied breakfast. An excellent team/staff Service: 5
