L'hotel con la migliore colazione di Zagabria. Camere semplici ma efficienti, letto comodissimo, posizione silenziosa. The beat that you can choise in Zagreb!

Non abbiamo usufruito dell hotel ma del ristorante. Lo abbiamo trovato casualmente e siamo entrati, locale molto accogliente, pulito e addobbato per il periodo natalizio. Eravamo un gruppetti di 5 persone, abbiamo optato per la pizza, siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti, pizza veramente ottima, patatine super, mai mangiate così buone nei ristoranti! Personale cordiale e disponibile...qualità servizio prezzo eccezionale. Se vi trovate da quelle parti, non esitate ad entrare

We stayed at Hotel Slisko in Zagreb. Please don't waste your money and time there. We (2 people) stayed 2 nights. To start, breakfast is almost inedible (old food, raw eggs, which caused the runs), and for what they charge, you are better off going to a bakery, saving some money, and eating something fresh. We could go on and on regarding the rooms. Supposedly, it was an enhanced one (not the basic). However, the sheets were dirty, with hair and perhaps mites, and we had to go downstairs twice to finally get new, clean ones (the first ones handed to us were half the size of the bed). The washbasin was missing the plug, and the whole bathroom-and sometimes the room, when the bathroom door was left unlocked-had a sewer stench. The A/C does not fully function, and there were no instructions. After cooling, there was no way to set the thermostat in a reliable way. The toilet paper is in a locked plastic contraption; if the paper gets stuck, you can't use it. We also had to go downstairs to get a roll. Moldy shower enclosure. In general, the rooms feel unkempt and unsafe (an ancient door key type that hesitates to lock or open, no electronic cards or safety locks). There are no amenities at all. Considering the rate was nearly €130 a night, most Euro hotels at this price have at least a kettle, bath toiletries, a small gym, etc. The manager at the desk was attentive, but the problems are much bigger than him. Summary: Stay away. Service: 1
