Esperienza pessima. Il cameriere ha tentato di farci pagare un cocktail diverso e più costoso rispetto a quello ordinato, e solo con sufficienza ci hanno restituito la differenza. Aperitivi scadenti: drink mediocri e stuzzichini ridicoli, quattro cose buttate lì da veri “morti di fame”. Un atteggiamento così non solo rovina la serata, ma fa passare la voglia di tornare in Croazia. Davvero dannoso per il turismo locale.

We are currently staying at this brand new and wonderful boutique hotel, Hotel Supetar Cavtat. This is a truly first-class, high-level hotel. A wonderful location - the old town of Cavtat and the central embankment with a promenade. The design of the hotel and the work, which was done simply flawlessly and deserves a compliment. All finishing materials and equipment of the hotel are of high quality. Cosmetics in the room and all accessories (pillows, beds, robes, towels and even slippers) are all of high class. The breakfast menu is a separate compliment to the chef. And free champagne and a wonderful view on the open and cozy terrace - everything is created for a good start to the day. The atmosphere of the pool area and the inner garden deserve special attention. The entire staff is ready to surround you with full care from the first seconds of the meeting. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Davor Jancic, for his involvement in solving the problem we had with our car. He did everything possible on the part of the hotel to leave the best memories in our memory. The only thing I pay attention to and recommend to listen to all travelers by car is parking. Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to provide you with parking for your car even for a short time to unload your suitcases. You won't even be able to drive up as there is a barrier waiting for you on the way (this is the historical part of the city). You need to park your car in the parking lot of a partner hotel 7 minutes away and contact the reception, they will send a car specially for you. As foreign tourists, it was difficult for us to find our way at first. Knowing that the hotel is located in the historical part, I sent a special request to the central office and, unfortunately, I did not receive an explanation in time regarding parking, which resulted in the incident. My only recommendation is to provide information about parking for your customers at the booking stage to avoid misunderstandings. In conclusion, I can say that Hotel Supetar Cavtat is definitely one of the best hotels in Croatia. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
