Gentile il personale e il proprietario. camere spaziose ma presenza di moquette dappertutto e bagno molto piccolo.prezzo un po alto per i servizio alberghiero che offre.

One of those Swiss "boutique" hotels so expectations weren't high already, yet this still managed to disappoint. Since it's Switzerland, let's do away with all the fluff: the room was impeccably clean as a Swiss hotel should be, breakfast was ok for a small hotel with the exception of the coffee. Now for the bad news: the pillows were neck-achingly uncomfortable and the heating system turns off at night, so if, god forbid, you have a sensitive nostril or you wake up at night to do something, you'll feel the fresh, icy air of the mountain. Also, no tea and no disposable flip-flops in the room. For a hotel of this price, I expect at least ONE thing to steal on my way out!

We feel sorry that you were not happy with your stay and with the taste of our coffee. Most of our guest love our coffee, we are getting a lot of compliments.All our rooms have new pillows. It's the first time that we receive a complaint regarding these new pillows.It is not correct that our heating system is switching off during the night. In every room the desired temperature can be regulated individually.Yes, we have no tea or disposable slippers in the rooms, which is quite standard for comparable hotels.It seems that you were choosing the wrong hotel for your needs and expectations since you did also not like the location of our hotel.We wished that your critics would have been more valuable for us and for people interested in the place and our hotel.Bruno Tipparat, Management
