L'atmosfera ospitale di questo ristorante dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero cortese. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del simpatico servizio. Ma i clienti reputano Hotel Planac sotto la media, su Google.

Arrivati non c’era nessuno alla reception è arrivata una cameriera a darci le chiavi, parlava a malapena italiano, ci ha dato la chiave senza dirci ne numero di stanza ne il piano. Camera con divano e comodino rotto, tende che spostandole si è alzata tantissima polvere. Colazione scarsa e se finiva qualcosa non veniva rifornita. Personale scorbutico e assente. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La cucina è buona. La SPA è discreta. Ottima location. Si può certamente consigliare agli amici.

We stayed at Hotel Planac for 3 days in February. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room. Dinner with good food although not special and not typically local. Very varied and abundant buffet breakfast, the scrambled eggs were very good, but the desserts were not, they seemed packaged. I admit that the hotel needs some renovation or maintenance at some point. however some areas are very beautiful for example all covered in wood. In my opinion the only flaw are the mattresses which are not very comfortable. Throughout the hotel, both in the room and down at the bar, it was very hot. They changed the towels every day even if they hadn't been used much. Excellent location for skiers but to go for a walk and not walk on the slopes you have to take the car and get off at Corvara.
