Unfortunately, their beautiful panoramic location is not enough to weigh up the bad service from the waiters. I was ignored by an older, male waiter - and a few other tables, which arrived after me, were served first. I even asked him politely inside if it was possible to just order a drink because I was thirsty: "No, find a table!" -- well, then serve the tables - and do your job! While I was waiting, one table was asking about the menu and the waiter could not even wait to listen to the customer's request. Instead they just walked away shouting "that's not a currywurst!" and the customer was baffled and didn't get to place their order. Too bad they have a monopoly. I will not be visiting again.
