We stayed here in June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Darlena was fantastic throughout our stay and couldn't do enough for us. All the staff were great in fact. The beds were comfortable, the views of the lake were spectacular and the breakfasts were delicious. We also had dinner in the restaurant 3 times and the food and wine was of a very good quality. The waiter wasn't the happiest guy in the world but we just laughed it off . After staying in lake Garda we then went to Milan were we stayed in a 4 star hotel and found that hotel to be no where near as good as hotel Pai when it came to customer service and food. Despite the lack of parking we have no complaints at all. The staff, especially Darlena, made our stay most enjoyable. Thank you very much.
