Mistakes do happen, but it would have been nice you to tell us in person what went very wrong in order to give a chance to rectify the situation. We had a wonderful evening at Hotel Olden in Gstaad. The service was impeccable…attentive without being intrusive…and the wine selection was excellent. We ordered the Mediterranean-style sea bass for two, and it was outstanding: perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The portions were very generous. A perfect spot for a refined yet cozy meal in the heart of Gstaad.
