Posizione assolutamente eccellente, situata nella zona più tranquilla e calma di Forte Dei Marmi, Pur vicinissima al centro. Il servizio è davvero l’eccellenza, i titolari presenti e attenti ai dettagli. Camere molto ben arredate e pulitissime.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience, I will try to be as objective and reasonable as possible, Unfortunately for the price they charge it’s just not good. We paid more then €550 per room for 3 nights and 2 rooms. Before going there I spoke to Leonardo on whatsapp who was very helpful and responsive with booking the restaurants and transfer ( they charged me €300 for a return trip of 30 minutes to the airport which is just ridiculous) but unfortunately all taxi’s are expensive in this area as there is not much competition. When we arrived in our room it was really one big disappointment, I didn’t book the standard room but one above, But it was soso small and the worst part: very dirty. When looking at the bathroom I found the bathroom was very dirty with still ( I’m sorry for this) feces in the toilet, I immediately told them and they said they were going to clean it straight away, After I came back and looked again it was still dirty and just disgusting, I had to make a picture to show them what to clean. It was such a bad start, I really hate it when my hotel room is just dirty, Also black hairs everywhere ( on the bed) we are blonde, Dead flies lying on the floor, Dirty towels and toothpaste spots of previous guests on the wall. Just overall the room was very unhygienic and just disgusting. I just can’t get over the fact the cleaner when making the room ready didn’t see this and after complaining it was still dirty, This just lacks effort and professionalism. The pool area is very nice only the food is just horrible, We ordered food twice ( also quite expensive) and it was just horrible and tasteless, Really don’t order anything. Also the breakfast is very bad and lacks so many things, And overall the staff is very unfriendly. Good thing was that we had bikes to use, We booked bagno Alcione in advance through the hotel ( they told us they had a special deal with them) again one big disappointment, When arriving no one knew about us coming and we were put in the back farest away from the sea, Literally the worst place available, We asked them about it and they told us these were the spots for resort Miramonti, So if you book through the hotel, Be aware you get horrible seats. Rather just book straight with a nice beachclub. I complained about it and they told me: you didn’t ask where the seats were, well no but I also didn’t expected them to be the worst ones available for €120 per day. We had to stay for another night in a nearby 3 star hotel as our flight got canceled and we enjoyed that one so much more, So much more friendliness, after we heard our flight got canceled I asked Miramonti what the price would be for another night as we were desperate and they couldn’t care less, And told us €1000 for 1 night extra, So we decided we didn’t want to waste any more money to these people. Please think twice when booking this place, You get a small dirty room for a very expensive price Ps: I’m sorry for the pictures of the toilet but it’s just absolutely ridiculous that a hotel of this price gives you a room like this when checking in. They will probably going to reply with some excuse or that it was my fault, Like they did with other reviews, But please think twice when wasting your hard worked money to these amateurs.
