This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. I booked the "Grand Deluxe Apartment With Private Pool" (breakfast included) for 3 nights in July 2026 through the hotel's official website, for myself, my wife, and our two children (ages 3 and 7). I prepaid 30% of the total cost and received a confirmation email. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel directly to double-check that everything was in order. They confirmed the booking and even said they were looking forward to welcoming us. We traveled 1,200 km from Poland with our young children, only to be told upon arrival that our room had already been given to someone else. I can't overstate how distressing it is to arrive at a 4-star hotel with your family, after a long journey, and be told the prepaid room you booked simply isn't available. To their credit, the hotel did arrange a replacement — but it was a completely different experience from what we expected and paid for. On top of that, I still have not received a refund for my prepayment, and I had to pay extra out of pocket for the replacement accommodation they arranged. I would strongly advise against booking Hotel Medistone. I stand fully behind this review under my own name, and I have email correspondence to support every claim made here. Service: 1

The view was legendary and absolutely wonderful. The bathroom and room design were amazing, and everything was spotless. Our room was huge, and we woke up looking at the sea. It had a beach right in front with a very beautiful sea. There was also a lovely garden where you could just sit and chill in the evening. The staff was very polite and witty. Overall, we were highly satisfied. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The TV in the room didn't show regular channels, and we had a really hard time trying to set it up. As for the breakfast, the variety was limited but it was tasty. Their omelets and bread options were amazing; however, the desserts, cheeses, and hot dishes could be improved a bit more.
