We slept in this hotel for 2 nights and I am so glad they were just 2!!
The hall of the hotel is quite modern so it gave me the impression my room would reflect the same style but once I opened the door I found a "nice" surprise.
On the whole It was a bad experience for our first time stay. It will be our last at Hotel Marinsek.
Its a good location hotel-quiet surrondings (but Extremely noisy rooms!!).
The church bells woke me up early in the morning, it's a bit annoying when you need all the sleep you can get.
Breakfast was not bad, thank God. However, there was a true lack of customer service!!
There was no written information leaflet in the room that would welcome their guests, have the wifi password, additional information, etc. They kind of rolled their eyes when I asked for the wifi password. They rolled their eyes when I showed up for breakfast on Sunday morning too early. I had no idea that breakfast was later on Sundays simply because they did not communicate this at any stage!
I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel a little bit appreciated as a customer.
