Dear Ivanka, Thank you for your feedback. We feel it is important to clarify the circumstances surrounding your reservation. Your group was provided with a fixed-price offer which included dinner and coffee, calculated per person. The reservation was confirmed for 15 guests, and as per our established policy — clearly communicated during the booking process — changes to the number of guests were possible up to one (1) day prior to the event. Unfortunately, no changes were submitted within that time frame. As a professional establishment, we organize staff, ingredients, and seating according to the confirmed number of guests. When fewer guests arrive than agreed, the full charge still applies, as the service was fully prepared, served and held exclusively for your group. We understand that such situations can be disappointing, but we kindly remind all guests that group reservations are subject to specific terms which are put in place to ensure fairness and quality of service for all clients.
