We were there at the beginning of July 2021. First of all!! The hotel is great and very nice. Pretty new and tip top. The location right by the sea was great. The room with a sea view and a large balcony is great! We had booked there for 3 nights. There was no dinner. Apparently the possibility existed in the past. No problem...restaurant can be reached on foot in just a few minutes! Breakfast was great!! The only thing that bothered us was that this hotel is also rented to very young people who apparently only come here because of the legendary "Zrce Beach Festivals" a few kilometers away. This means that you are regularly woken up around 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. by these same "vacationers" - who, for example, are there at this time. T. return home noisily. This was the case on our last two days. The security man even came by on his moped at 5:15 in the morning. The young man at the reception also came up to the second floor to ensure peace and quiet. Down on the promenade, people come back from the shuttles from Zrce Beach all night long and walk to their camping spot behind the adjacent forest. So you can only sleep with the balcony door closed. Not bad due to the air conditioning which worked well. Well, during the day, a quick dip in the pool was out of the question...you have to experience it, you can't imagine!! I'm not sensitive, but the way these Zrcebeach visitors behaved there...a complete disaster!! The staff was practically powerless. As we were leaving, a hotel staff member told us we had hit the right timed jump to leave and smiled! Here I would like to mention again...that all the employees were polite, nice and accommodating. Great and keep it up!! There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself or the rooms. "Insiders" told us that the hotel was supposedly leased for 5 years by whomever in order to rent rooms to entertainers, DJs and also to visitors to Zrce Beach. You should know that if you want to check in there. I can't imagine that the hotel will still look the same as it does now! I doubt whether this “concept” will pay off!! We won't be checking in there anymore. Too bad! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
