La cucina italiana e mediterranea offrono piatti saporiti in questo pub & bar. Ottimi pesce, risotto e antipasto possono essere quello che ti ci vuole. Al pub & bar Hotel Internazionale servono un delizioso cordiale.
Gran parte degli ospiti sottolinea che qui il personale è paziente. Questo locale è da tenere in considerazione per il servizio veloce. Potrai apprezzare i prezzi adeguati. Questo posto è caratterizzato da un ambiente calmo. In base al rating Google, questo pub & bar ha ricevuto 4.6.

Camera " superior"inferiore alle aspettative, e non corrispondente alle foto. C'era una profumazione nell'ambiente che mal celava un che di umidità. Vetri della finestra sporchi sia internamente che esternamente, (dovrebbe essere il pezzo forte , data la vista mare) , microbalcone non spazzato, ma il massimo è stato trovare il bidone non svuotato. Tutto ciò ha dato un senso di sciatteria e poca attenzione nelle pulizie. In compenso il ristorante molto buono con servizio attento e veloce. Accoglienza e gentilezza buone anche se si sono dimenticati che era previsto l'aperitivo di benvenuto. Al mio reclamo però hanno rimediato scorporandolo dal conto. In conclusione: occhio alle pulizie! Il resto merita un 8. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

I absolutely cannot understand some of the highly praising comments. I specially booked what I thought was a nicer room, but the extra charge was a downgrade and didn't correspond to the pictures. (Not all extensions are the same and the one in the photos was not available, so we were 2 floors below reception). One floor lower (the great sea view is almost gone), an extremely musty and incredibly dark room (number 129), with two additional bunk beds. When we booked it said that our room was for a maximum of 2 people. For almost €200 a night, I've never been so disappointed! A youth hostel room for so much money. Incredible. For breakfast there was - not in keeping with the hotel name (internazionale) - almost only sweet Italian pastries. The only normal bread was so hard and old that I wasn't allowed (and couldn't) eat it as a braces wearer. Not even normal Gauda was offered! Something called salami, which looked like 1 cm of smeared sausage, was on the small plate next to ham and Italian cheese - the only salty thing to put on the bread. The egg from the bag was almost neon yellow, the coffee Americano was seriously burnt filter coffee! That was the biggest shame because it should have been cafe (espresso) watered with hot water. We then ordered a cafe to fill our stomachs (espresso, which was ok). That was breakfast. As a German you can never really have a good breakfast in Italy, but this was outrageous and we left hungry. The evening drinks in the restaurant were very good. The huge generator standing at the barrier for the entire hotel (apparently there was a power outage in the whole of Portonovo the day before) did the rest - otherwise you can certainly enjoy the peace and quiet and the chirping of crickets without the constant humming. We also had continuous sound from engines without a break and had to sleep with the window closed. Why did we not address this - in our eyes - mix-up of the room until a day later? According to Booking.com, German is even spoken here, but unfortunately we couldn't even speak English when we checked in. The response was super quick and only in Italian. Absolute no go if guests who don't speak the language are announced in the booking. I can speak a lot of Italian, but not when an English question is answered so quickly with Italian. Luckily, the young lady tried to save what could be saved on the second day. We didn't have to pay for the drinks from the night before. At least something, even if ultimately not enough. Unfortunately, the loud, smelly room for just under €200 had already been charged to my credit card and I had to pay in full. We still won't be coming back. Such poor rooms and breakfast for €200 a night are not made any better by the beautiful view (on the upper floors). By the way, the view was all that other German-speaking guests could think of about the hotel. And at least they had a great view from the room. The second star is only given because of the efforts of the receptionist, who speaks very good English, on the second day. Dear Hotel Internazionale, Take this review as an incentive to improve a few things, because as it is, this outdated hotel is worth a maximum of a quarter of the overnight costs paid! Don't rest on all the reviews praising the view. After all, this is apparently the only thing that many guests can remember afterwards. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 2
