Dopo aver visitato il Duomo di Ravello, puoi dare un'occhiata al meno del locale Hotel Giordano. Quando vai in locale, devi assolutamente provare il delizioso cappuccino. Immagina una combinazione tra piatti fantastici e un personale fichissimo: è esattamente ciò che offre questo locale. L'ottimo servizio è particolarmente curato da questi ristoratori. Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla , dotata di piscina interna e di un ottimo servizio colazione. Gli interni sono ben curati e la presenza di maioliche equilibratamente scelte su ogni pavimento con i loro colori vivi e spumeggianti rendono ancor più accogliente l’ambiente dell’Hotel Rooms: Molto accoglienti con maioliche di una vivacità e splendore meravigliose! Nearby activities: L’hotel è nel centro paese raggiungibile con l’auto e con a disposizione del cliente, se prenota, un ampio parcheggio auto interno. Safety: Il personale è sempre disponibile e presente durante tutte le ore della giornata. Walkability: L’hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi da Villa Rufolo . Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet

Esperienza molto positiva. La comodità della piscina all’interno non ha prezzo. È tutto ben tenuto. Colazione ottima, in linea con un 4 stelle. Possibilità di parcheggio. Simpaticissimi i ragazzi della piscina. Molto cordiale il proprietario. Unica nota la tipa della reception Susy, persona un po’ saccente che a mio avviso non dovrebbe stare a contatto con il pubblico. Da quello che so loro permettono di usufruire della piscina il giorno del check out ma a noi è stato fatto pesare. “In via del tutto eccezionale” sempre questo diceva. Comunquesoggiorno top. Tuttavia, siamo davvero sorpresi, nonché dispiaciuti, di apprendere del disappunto nei confronti della nostra collaboratrice. Siamo certi che si sia trattato di uno spiacevole malinteso. In realtà, l’utilizzo della piscina è possibile fino allora del check out, non come Le aveva erroneamente indicato lo staff della piscina. L’intento della nostra giovane collaboratrice era solo quello di spiegarle che avremmo fatto volentieri un’eccezione, nonostante i numerosi arrivi previsti nella giornata. Ad ogni modo, confidiamo sulla Sua comprensione e speriamo davvero di poterLa nuovamente annoverare tra i nostri più graditi ospiti per un altro piacevole soggiorno! More

My bestie and I found this hotel on our last day of our visit to the Amalfi coast. We had a horrible experience at the hotel we had been staying at for 3 nights in Praiano. The air conditioning did not work in our room and when we tried to switch rooms to one that was available, the hotel management would only switch us if we paid 100 Euros more. There was no empathy nor problem resolution offered at any time. They threatened that even if we moved hotels, they were still going to charge us for the entire stay. Way to treat your guests, especially when they did nothing wrong. All we wanted was a room with working air conditioning, which we paid for! When we found Hotel Giordano, we inquired about using the pool for the day because we were seeking relief from all the heat. We were greeted by Giusy, who heard our horror story and took it upon herself to try to help us. She did! She was able to offer us a room at the lovely hotel at a discounted rate and on top of that, she upgraded our room when she learned we were in Italy for our milestone birthdays. Giusy was instrumental in helping us end our vacation on a positive note. If it weren't for the exceptional customer service we received at Hotel Giordano, we may never had gone back to Amalfi. Instead, I now want to bring my adult kids and the family back to Ravello, to Hotel Giordano, so they can experience the Amalfi coast as it should be experienced. Thank you Giusy and to all the others at Hotel Giordano that treated us with dignity and respect. You made us feel valued. Thank you for salvaging what would have turned out to be a bad experience for us. I will always be grateful for your kindness. Rooms: The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool area. There were shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Nearby activities: The hotel is near the center of Ravello. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the area is flat. Yo don't need to climb stairs or walk up hills as in much of the coast. Safety: You can walk around the area late at night and feel safe. You can stroll the city at midnight and still see families with their kids playing in the plaza. Food & drinks: There are lots of restaurants near the hotel, but the best one was the restaurant at the sister property, Villa Maria. It had amazing views of the coast. Noteworthy details: Ravello was my favorite place in the Amalfi coast. It wasn't bombarded with tourists like Positano and Capri were. It had a family friendly environment that felt wonderful. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
