Abbiamo fatto una bellissima passeggiata partendo dal paese di Sils. Giornata spettacolare. Ho mangiato i roesti con il Bratwurst e la zwiebelsauce. Quantità sicuramente sotto la media ed anche la qualità ha lasciato a desiderare. 28 fr.Sono stato per tantissimi anni nelle Dolomiti ed abbiamo moltissimo da imparare. Impianti, pietanze, servizio alla clientela ecc. ecc.La location è formidabile ma il pranzo..

I have been a guest here for 60 years. That was my impression seven years ago: Significant loss of quality. It's a shame that the tenant Gabi and the top chef are no longer there. Now at the turn of the year 2024/2025 I have to reduce my previous 3 star rating to just one star. The main reason is the unfriendly and poorly trained staff as well as the dismissive attitude towards guests. Just one example from the last few days: several guests wanted to order drinks or coffee and cake at 2:15 p.m., which were rejected by the waiter. Guests should order a full meal; drinks and cakes alone will not be served. It's a shame that this hotel is now losing its guests. I recommend Pension Crasta or Hotel Sonne. There you can order and enjoy drinks or coffee and cake. Update: The CEO's comment couldn't be more arrogant and self-aggrandizing. The claim that I behaved disrespectfully towards his staff on several occasions is also untrue. On the contrary, the receptionist apologized to me on 1/4/25 about the instructions of her boss, who was off that day. We were served cake and smuggler coffee. I wouldn't be happy to come back to this house that I value so much. I think with the style of management practiced, the shareholder Bankhaus Bär will soon have to find an alternative solution.
