Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify one important point: both on our website and in the booking confirmation email, it is clearly stated that the dormitory does **not** have shower facilities. We understand that this may not suit everyone's expectations, but it is part of the concept of our simple mountain dormitory and is communicated before booking. Many hikers choose our dormitory knowing exactly what to expect and appreciate the authentic alpine experience. Guests looking for additional comfort, including private showers, are welcome to book one of our hotel rooms instead. Regarding the food, we are naturally disappointed that you did not enjoy it. We prepare a fresh four-course dinner every day and receive many positive comments from other guests about our cuisine. We would have appreciated hearing your concerns during your stay. Direct feedback gives us the opportunity to answer questions and resolve any misunderstandings immediately.
