Veramente una piacevole sorpresa . Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo rispetto ad altri hotels di zermatt. E ciliegina sulla torta: la.merenda dalle 14 alle 17 , sobria e di ottima qualità, inclusa nel prezzo..

My traveling buddy and I are so grateful to la couronne Hotel & Spa for accommodating us so swiftly and gracefully during the flooding in Zermatt (our original hotel flooded). The front desk staff at la couronne were so kind, funny, sweet and welcoming to my friend and me both pre-arrival when we called to confirm our stay and during arrival. The hotel's amenities - especially the spa - are out of this world unreal. A hotel with a spa this lovely would be a 5-star in the USA. We took full advantage of the hotel's many saunas, pools, breakfast offerings. Getting the Mountaineer's Massage here was next level and super affordable compared to spas in the USA (a surprise for Switzerland indeed!). We also spent every evening at the hotel bar/restaurant drinking aperol spritz's with views of the Matterhorn (when she would pop out!). The most amazing stay in Zermatt. Thank you!
