My partner and I stayed at the Drei Berge for 2 nights. The rooms were beautiful and our balcony view was stunning. What seems to be the issue is management. The staff are very sweet (and I don’t blame them), but they don’t know much about actual hotel/ restaurant service. For over $400 dollars a night you’d expect more. It seems ownership had a passion project in fixing up the hotel and then just left in-need-of-training young adults to their own devices to run the place. Overall- wouldn’t stay there again, no matter how beautiful the view. Was disappointed. Service: 3

What an experience we had at Drei Berge during Valentine's weekend ! Murren is an unbelievable place itself, but spending time at Drei Berge was really the cherry on the cake! Amazing team and service, very comfortable place with high end design and furnitures! I recommend it a hundred percent

Filled with anticipation, we stepped into the recently opened restaurant at the "Drei Berge Hotel." A promising alternative for Mürren, or so we thought. The restaurant was bustling, and we were forewarned about potential delays in the kitchen. After a seemingly tolerable hour of waiting, we received portions of our order. However, frustration set in as we discovered significant omissions – two entire menus and various side dishes. Despite alerting the staff, they kept us waiting for an additional 25 minutes and only brought one menu, still missing the second and another side dish. Unfortunately, the kitchen had shut down by then. While they comped two menus, we departed with empty stomachs. A letdown that starkly contrasted the owner's grand promises.
