Hotel centralissimo a Selva di Val Gardena. Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno estivo di una settimana e siamo stati, come sempre negli ultimi 5 anni, benissimo. Stanze ampie e confortevoli, cucina di altissimo livello (compresi buffet di antipasti infiniti), servizio e cortesia eccellenti. Ottime anche SPA e piscina, un plus il parcheggio coperto gratuito.

Soggiorno di un weekend presso la struttura residence. Stanza per 4 adulti, letti un po’ piccoli e cucina ridotta anche se ben fornita con tutto il necessario, bello lo spazio comune anche se poco e ottima vista sulle montagne. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina anche se solo il secondo giorno a causa della necessaria prenotazione non segnalata sul sito; Ambiente piscina piccolo e acqua a temperatura ambiente. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città e i negozi vicini, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Grazie per la sua recensione e per aver apprezzato in particolare la posizione, la vista e la dotazione dell’angolo cottura. Ci scusiamo se l’accesso alla piscina su prenotazione non risulta indicato sul nostro sito: finora lo abbiamo sempre comunicato nella mail pre-soggiorno inviata a tutti gli ospiti. In this fast-paced world, we often rush and sometimes even forget the beauties around us. This morning I was moved to tears by the honesty of Italians and the warmth of a hotel. I got up early at 6:00 am to chase the beauty of the sunrise over the Dolomites and left the hotel quickly after checking out. Due to the rush, I accidentally left my wallet on the hotel bedside table, containing the newly received salary from April... After photographing the sunrise and while paying for my coffee by the lake, I discovered that my wallet was missing. The panic of that moment is indescribable, I searched through my mountain backpack and in all my pockets. But when I contacted the hotel with the hope of finding the wallet, I discovered that the housekeeping staff had found my wallet and placed it safely in the manager's office. The pressure I felt turned into gratitude. I immediately returned to the hotel, where I was greeted by two friendly receptionists. Under the supervision of the manager and the other two receptionists, I opened the sealed envelope and, after confirming my identity with my driver's license and ID card, they returned my wallet to me. They also made me sign an A4 sheet to return the lost item. I quickly thanked him and, seeing April's salary intact in my wallet, the tears started to fall. I wasn't actually that worried about the money, I had already accepted the idea that the cash might have been taken. But I had overestimated human wickedness and underestimated its nobility. Seeing that the money, documents and credit cards were still there was more important than anything, because in Italy, once documents are lost, it is very complicated to get them back. But today, not only did I find my wallet, I also found my faith in humanity. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel the warmth of home in a foreign country. The world becomes a better place thanks to this positive energy. If you visit the Dolomites, I highly recommend the Hotel & Residence Antares Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
