L'ho trovato molto ordinato, e credo che sia un ambiente confortevole e amichevole.. Walkability: È molto comodo raggiungerlo facendo una passeggiata dalla stazione e dal centro di Brig, 5/10 minuti Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

The worst and rudest service we have ever encountered in any hotel. Due to the floods in Zermatt, we had to look for another accommodation nearby, and we were certainly happy that we found one, even though this hotel was also compeletely packed. In addition, we got an entire apartment to ourselves instead of just a room, which was of course a big plus. However, at 11pm I noticed the fridge wasn't working properly and I needed it to preserve mother's milk overnight for our three month old baby. I tried to call reception, but the phone didn't work. I also couldn't walk to the reception from inside the building because I didn't have a required electronic key. I walked outside to the main door and noticed that the reception was completely dark. I called the door bell, and explained politely my issue to the lady who answered. She first claimed that the fridge isn't the part of "standard equipment", as if it isn't a normal amenity in every hotel room. Then she said bluntly that nobody else ever had the same problem as me and rudely hung up on me. The fridge problem itself was solved when I understood that only when its dial was at the maximum setting, marked as freezing, it actually started to cool a little. Next morning I wanted to leave a complaint about the inappropriate behavior. The same lady was at the reception and started to blame me that I tried to contact reception so late (as if 24 hour reception was something exceptional) and that I was strange because I wasn't grateful to them and happy like everyone else. Safe to say, we're not gonna set our foot to this place ever again. Service: 1
