ottimo hotel personale gentile e professionale colazione abbondante e con prodotti di ottima qualità LA camera era spaziosa e ben pulita. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

We was there for a Weekend. The 8 years old child got pancakes with hidden Glass in it. We used to be kind however the situation has been but the service personal was laughing and told that can be Happen in a kitchen... The cleaning service is coming in room and is cleaning although we put the Note on the door with „do Not disturb“ She wasn‘t speaking english and contined until the service guy came to room After 10 minutes. All in one i am really disappointed from that hotel. I was hearing good advertisment from it but everything was Not Like discribed. Climate was Not working and the Place around was Full of Dirty. How can that be a Family friendly Hotel? There was a cooler without function! Why?? It was 38 degrees hot in the rooms. I already got in contact with the Manager but he didn’t help out at all until now. If he is Not contacting again to make a compensation for that bad experience i will not change my Review. Be sure you don’t get fooled Like us with that hotel. Service: 1

We are truly very sorry for what happened We even told you this personally We also reported this to the company that makes the desserts and pancakes I'm sorry, but it's 38 degrees in none of our rooms, I'm outside, as it's a really hot summer. In our rooms it is 24 degrees. We apologize again for everything.
