Arredamento obsoleto sia delle camere che dell'hotel, comunque pulito. Ottima la colazione e molto vicino al centro. Non lo valuto un 4 stelle però. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

I already knew that the room was small, having booked a single room with an extra bed. On the other hand, the bathroom was perfect, renovated, clean. Therefore, two stars are also deserved. Pain points: - the receptionist who acts like a hostess who is annoyed at having to host people, even bothers her to say hello; - the car park was overcrowded to the point that towards the evening we were unable to go out to have dinner in our favorite restaurant outside Grado. They made other customers' cars park in front of ours! And thank goodness they force guests to leave the key at reception for any movements within the garage. Cherry on the cake: - the legendary receptionist doesn't apologize, on the contrary, she sternly informs us that if we wanted to use the car, we should have notified us "before". But sorry: isn't it the staff who must warn customers "first" of the impossibility of freely using their car? A local curiosity: - also be prepared that the legendary receptionist, when paying CONTACTLESS, holds your credit card tightly in her hand under the counter and only gives it back to you once the transaction has taken place.
