Une institution pour une pause rapide et savoureuse ! Les saucisses sont excellentes, les frites croustillantes à souhait et les portions généreuses. L'accueil est toujours chaleureux, ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleure. C’est l’adresse parfaite pour un plaisir simple et authentique qui ne déçoit jamais. Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went onsite for a thorough review of Holtz’ business. Fundamentals look solid with high liquidity ratios and sustainable growth. Rising supply costs passed on customers to protect margins. People lining up to get access to the infamous « saucisse-frites », with cross-selling observed on alcoholic beverages. P/E ratio relatively high at 50 but supported by high future CF generation because of current CAPEX investment. My call is a 12 billion valuation, bit north of Bloomberg’s latest valuation at 10.5b.
