I have always liked Hitzberger and went to several locations in Zurich on a regular basis. Now I live in Basel and go to the store on Aeschenplatz. I must say the food is delicious, but your staff needs to be trained in restaurant hygiene. They handle money first and give you your change and with these same bare hands go into salad bar to assemble your order. I have watched two members of staff do this to several different orders. This is most certainly not hygienic!
