Dear Guest Thank you very much for your visit at the Hirschen Wildhaus and the time you took to tell us about your experiences. We are very sorry to hear that your visit with us was disappointing. We are going to check your feedback about the food with our kitchen staff. Also, we are going to work on our reservation process. Your feedback regarding the certificate check is highly appreciated as this is mandatory and we are going to look at it with all our staff again. Regarding the facial masks we would like to point out that facial masks are not required anymore for vaccinated staff members.
