The location is good. This restaurant was recommended so we were looking forward to good service, nice atmosphere and excellent food. We made a reservation via email and informed that we would like a gluten free option however when we arrived the service was poor and we felt ignored. The gluten free bread and mains arrived at the same time which was almost an hour waiting. The steak was good but you need to ask for extras such as vegetables and potatoes or fries. The vegetable curry tasted bland and included sprouts which is the first time I have seen in a curry. It was dry with little curry sauce in the dish. The venue looks nice and welcoming and we had planned to stay longer however we were so disappointed with the service and food so we left hungry. It was disappointing that our reservation was not either communicated or noted on our arrival. It was also disappointing to see that no one checked for covid 19 certificate and staff were not wearing facial masks.

We are going to check your feedback about the food with our kitchen staff. Also, we are going to work on our reservation process. Your feedback regarding the certificate check is highly appreciated as this is mandatory and we are going to look at it with all our staff again. Regarding the facial masks we would like to point out that facial masks are not required anymore for vaccinated staff members. All other staff members wear their facial masks during work as requested. We hope to welcome you again in Wildhaus and show you that your experience does not meet our usual service standards. Amazing breakfast ! If you are a cheese lover, you have to stay here. Great location. Super close to so many beautiful spots. Super friendly staff. Cozy room.

Amazing hotel in wildhaus with churfirsten view! Strategic location close to everywhere, 1 min from Wildhaus dorf, clean & comfy bed, amazing balcony, delicious breafast, great hospitality, definitely recommended & will go back to this hotel if I visit Toggenburg again
