First time at this place, and my experience was not great—it was bland, tasteless, and boring. I have eaten at the very best and trendiest restaurants in Europe, and I don’t mind experimental or fancy dishes. But this was not an enjoyable experience. The service was good; the waiters knew the dishes well, and they were polite. The interior design was a bit unimaginative, but I liked the wine bottle wall arrangement. I read other reviews, and people seem to like the place, which is great. So, I wish the team all the best. Rijeka has very little creativity when it comes to gastronomy, so I hope this restaurant, unlike the others before it in that location, lasts and thrives. Hidden wine bistro is a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, I especially single out the delicious slow-roasted lamb shoulder - for two people, but before for three people. For me, Hidden is a real discovery in Rijeka's food and wine offer. Friendly and professional staff.
