The service was just as amazing as the food. The cook was super nice, asked us multiple times if everything was fine, tried her best to make the gyros as fast as possible, even though she was alone, and payed attention to every detail. The food was amazing, the best sauce I've ever had. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Serious Concerns Regarding Hestia Greek Street Food!!! I am compelled to report my alarming experience at Hestia Greek Street Food in Croatia, Rjeka city. What initially seemed like a simple meal turned into a troubling encounter that raises serious legal concerns. On 12.08, I ordered a homemade pita as it was written in their the menu, based on the advertised price of 4 euros, which included pitas and three fillings on my choice. While waiting for my order I already noticed suspicious atmosphere going on, the cheff and assistant woman had a conflict with the previous customer. When was the time to pay, cheff told me I have to pay price of a Gyro, 7.50 as mentioned in their menu, but we repeated that we wanted homemade Pita the price was 4 euros, It could be a calm regulation, however when I attempted to clarify my order pricing, the staff, particularly a fe?male employee, extremely aggressively insisted that I was mistaken, despite the menu indicating otherwise. This behavior not only felt deceptive but also raises questions about their business practices. And here I want to mention: In Croatia, consumer protection laws are outlined in the **Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača)**, which mandates that businesses provide clear and truthful information regarding their products and pricing. - **Article 5** of this act states that consumers have the right to truthful information about the price and characteristics of goods and services. - **Article 12** addresses unfair commercial practices, which includes misleading advertising. Moreover, the **Criminal Code of the Republic of Croatia (Kazneni zakon)** addresses fraud in **Article 228**, which outlines the illegality of deceiving someone to gain an unjust benefit. The behavior exhibited by the staff at Hestia Greek Street Food could potentially fall under this category. Given these serious implications, I believe it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of this establishment's questionable practices.
