You will not go out of here hungry. Prices are incredible cheap for Switzerland, dishes give off real homemade vibe and portions are really big. They make their best to give you good service, even without having a mutual language to speak. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you want an authentic home cooked meal in a warm Swiss atmosphere definitely eat here. We happened to find it somewhat by accident (tucked back a bit off the road) and were warmly welcomed by the lovely owner (who also is the chef) and the other people sitting with him. We didn't speak any German and the owner didn't speak English but there was a kind gentleman who helped by translating for us. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside on the terrace which is just what you'd expect from a Swiss beer garden. We were invited by some locals to sit with them and we had a great time getting to know them. The menu is small but everything was delicious. Eating here feels like visiting one of your relatives. We had good beer and pasta with meat, along with a soup to start. The value is tremendous as all of this only cost us 30 CHF for 2 people. This was by far the best and cheapest meal of our whole trip. We are here for a week and already planning to go back! If you're visiting Sevelen don't miss eating here. You won't regret it. Came across this lovely little place while on a day trip to Liechtenstein (not far from here). The menu was limited but the food was amazing and much more affordable than the options across the border in Liechtenstein. I'm not sure if the owner speaks English but we got by with very basic and broken German, and he was very patient with us. Very pleased that we stumbled upon this little gem!
