Scelta interessante proprio a ridosso di piazza Mazzini, hanno anche piatti vegetariani e prezzi, per Jesolo, contenuti.

Where to start. Probably the most shocking customer service i’ve ever experienced. They managed to pour a pint of beer over one of us, delivered 50% of what we ordered, and leaving/forgetting the rest...you name it: food, drinks, plates etc. Next, serving dry hamburgers and even putting the hamburger of the person who got “soaked” in beer, on the table. Where was he? Well, he had to go back to the hotel to change clothes! Would you not serve the burger WHEN the person they attacked got back?! Sort of...like serving the food hot(?). What the h@@ are they thinking of?!Then, they said they would not charge him for the beer. Well you know what? That beer wasn’t even for him but to somebody else! And it does not stop there: The person who initially ordered the beer never got a new beer. The bill was not split between 3 families, as we specifically asked for and it seemed the dude got the point as he wrote down 3 separate orders. Well, guess what, it was not, and WE pointed out we will can pay our share but in 3 batches using separate Visa cards to solve it, but they refused, it had to be payed with one card. (That’s a fairly large amount for 1 family.) Being fed up we just had enough, their mistakes is not ours and we told them they need to solve it, not us. He got furious and threatened to call the police...which we thought was a really great idea!! We urged them to phone but in the end managed to give us some sort of separated bill. My advice? Never, ever set your foot inside this nightmare of a burger joint.
