Ordering flowers from London, UK, for a special delivery in Luzern for my sister's 40th Birthday could have been stressful, but Heini Bluemen Garten team made the process absolutely seamless. The communication via email was prompt and reassuring. I shared a few notes about the style my sister loves, and they were incredibly helpful in translating my vision into a truly stunning and seasonal Swiss arrangement.

We redesigned our garden with you and are completely satisfied. The work was carried out professionally and impressively quickly. Unforeseen events were discussed easily during the construction work and solved cleverly. The workers were all very friendly, courteous and solution-oriented. The budget and the offer were also adhered to, which unfortunately is no longer a given today. All in all, we are absolutely happy with our new garden design and can happily recommend the entire Heini team with a clear conscience.
