Ho visitato questo posto in un periodo in cui cucina e servizi non erano attivi. È stata comunque una bella esperienza, posto molto curato e che rispecchia l'ambientazione del racconto. Non so quanto sia vera la storia di Heidi, è stato comunque suggestivo poter pensare che quel luogo possa essere realmente esistito. Atmosphere: 5

It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach Heidihütte from Maienfeld Station, but I didn't take any breaks and I'm a fairly strong hiker. If you're not used to hiking regularly, it could easily take around 3 hours. The trail is almost entirely uphill, with very little flat terrain and no downhill sections on the way up, so it's a challenging hike. However, it's absolutely worth it. Even though the hut was closed when I visited, I was completely captivated by both the Heidihütte and the hiking route itself. The sound of cowbells, green meadows, healthy cows, fir trees, natural springs, and the wooden hut made me feel as if I had stepped into Heidi's world. I loved lying on the bench in front of the hut, taking a nap, and simply thinking about nothing. If you're a big fan of Heidi, this is a must-visit. I'd recommend coming here even more than visiting Heididorf itself. I'd love to come back here someday—but probably on an e-bike next time!
